All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.

It is important that you please read the below terms and conditions to ensure the process is followed and in the unlikely event that you need to action a claim that you do not miss out:

To qualify for the guarantee you must be a customer in the UK or European Countries and have been using the oil treatments for a full 90 day period, this is because it can sometimes take longer for you to experience all the benefits. From our customer’s feedbacks, experiences and in general, the longer you use Speed Metal products, the better you car will perform.

Items protected under the guarantee are:

– 3 Bottles (whether purchased individually or together)
– The cost of 3 bottles when purchased as part of a bundle

The minimum and maximum claim you can make is for 3 bottles. The 3 bottles cost will be refunded in line with how it was purchased (bottle, subscription or bundles)

You’ll need to contact us by email within 5 days of the end of a 90 day period after purchasing your 1st bottle or bundle. We cannot perform guarantees past this date, and we are not able to provide the guarantee after more purchases.

After emailing us, you will receive a simple returns form to fill out – it is important that you also retain all unopened/used/empty bottles because these must be returned to us. We do this to prevent unauthorised resale and don’t worry, we never re-sell used returned items, instead we will dispose of them safely.

The postage costs for returning the bottles is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. A £5 refund administration fee will also be deducted from the claim – please be aware that this is standard practice and is employed by many online retailers.
